Quantum Professional Services, Inc. Q/A Program Description
Quantum's Quality Assurance methodology and plan ensures that proper requirements analysis, design, and testing are performed on task orders prior to delivery. This plan is used and continuously improved to ensure Quantum's effectiveness in meeting customer requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
For each task order, a QA test plan is prepared in accordance with a documented procedure. The QA Test Plan describes how inspection and testing of the deliverables to evaluate acceptance. All QA activities are performed in accordance with the QA plan.
Quantum is proactive in the identification and resolution of potential issues at the lowest possible level. We strive to resolve potential issues as early as possible, allowing those closest to the problem to resolve it without a great deal of unnecessary senior involvement. Our first line managers are responsible for regular interaction with customer. Through this regular interaction, Quantum expects to identify and resolve issues before they become more formal issues. Should these front line managers encounter problems requiring additional resources or guidance, Quantum's Quality management structure allows for enhanced interaction with minimal interference or disruption to the customer.
Quantum and its team members are committed to delivering high quality solutions and services. Our Seaport-e Program Management Team will ensure that our Subcontractors deliver the same level of quality as our own employees produce. Quantum will use a flow down of quality-related requirements in our subcontracts as well as our subcontractor oversight to ensure that all products and services provided are of the highest quality.
